  1. Whether you’re part of an enterprise organization or running a growing business, time is something nobody has enough of. It’s impossible to add more hours into our day, but it is possible to make the hours we have work harder for us, especially when it comes to executing customer experience (CX) strategies.

  4. There are a variety of different ways to collect customer feedback, and surveys are usually the first method that comes to mind. But that's not the only way to figure out what your customers are saying about your product -- in fact, you could be missing out on valuable customer feedback coming in through a different channel: social media.

  5. As more passengers travel with mobile devices, airline apps have taken off. Yet many airlines still have some distance to go before their app experience truly soars.

Today, 98 percent of all airline passengers carry at least one device and 70 percent carry two or more devices when they travel, according to SITA’s Passenger IT Trends Survey 2017. Given how attached travelers are to their devices, airline enterprises should be innovating with mobile apps.

Corporate culture refers to the shared values, attitudes, standards, and beliefs that characterize members of an organization and define its nature. Corporate culture is rooted in an organization’s goals, strategies, structure, and approaches to labor, customers, investors, and the greater community.

  7. There's no nice way to say this - a bricks and mortar shopping trip can often be a stressful experience. Technology has long been touted as the saviour of the user experience in physical retail but there's a long history of false promises, high hopes and missed chances.

You could fill a graveyard with all the technologies that have been proclaimed as “the future of retail”. For example, QR codes were hailed as a way of bringing a richer, more informed experience to the real world, until it became apparent no one knew how to scan them!

  8. UX design is all about providing your users with the information they’re looking for, and doing so in the cleanest and most intuitive way possible. However, in order to do this successfully, UX designers must understand how their visitors experience the website or mobile app; a task which can get a little sticky if they don’t have the right tools in place. In fact, I can think of one tool in particular that may consider to be an extremely important currency when it comes to UX design. Let me introduce you to user feedback…

  9. If you’ve ever taken an Uber, you know that the startup identified practically every consumer pain point involved with hailing a taxi – not being able to find one, standing in a long taxi line, rude drivers, the credit card machine always being broken – and addressed each one with a simple, easy-to-navigate mobile app.

  10. Recently, a friend sent me a message about a website I run, suggesting that I add classifieds to the site. After thinking about it, I realized the integration of classifieds could be beneficial for myself and my users. Yet I had never considered it before! My site had no place to submit feedback and who knows what other great ideas I’ve missed from other people.
