1. Cranfield to improve customer experience at Norwegian airports

   Cranfield University’s Centre for Air Transport Management has secured an NKr2m ($244,810) in funding from the Research Council of Norway to offer passengers’ insights to help improve the customer experience at airports in Norway.

2. Airport Innovation Earns 'Consumer Experience' Award

   An innovation has brought another award to the Indianapolis International Airport. The Airports Council International-North America has named the airport's human-powered charging stations as one of the Best Innovative Consumer Experiences or Practices among airports.
