  1. We are currently in the midst of a very unusual situation. The ongoing global crisis has left many companies searching for ways to attract new customers while also holding on to existing ones. This situation has – as a result – means that now is a more critical time than ever for these same companies to distinguish themselves from the competition. Just recently, we had a video call with CRO specialist Martin van Kranenburg to discuss conversion optimisation in 2020, how this will be affected and what businesses can do to stay ahead.

  2. For the sixth year in a row, job satisfaction has improved in the US, surpassing a 50 percent satisfaction rate since 2005. Despite overall satisfaction, there are areas that increasingly prove problematic for employers, such as promotion policies, performance review processes, and internal recognition. 4. Embed Core Values into the Customer Experience

Core Values are the fundamental beliefs of a person or organization.

Core Values serve as the guiding light for how everyone in your company interacts, communicates and works with each other, external customers, and the community. The core values are the solid foundational building blocks on which your culture is built. They are your company’s principles, beliefs, or philosophy of values.

While Netflix, Amazon, Facebook and YouTube all have different business models, each one does one thing very well: personalization. If you’re a member of any one of these sites, the content that you personally see when you visit its homepage will be different from that other users see.

  9. We all know that CX is so much more than deploying a customer satisfaction survey. However, many times an organization’s journey to launch CX starts with just that. What we chose to measure is typically based on who has requested – or insisted – there needs to be a survey. Maybe it’s your support organization, maybe it’s your sales organization, or maybe it’s corporate quality. Where it originated typically colors what and how customer feedback is measured.

…but, is that the best way?

  10. TechTarget defines personalisation as a “means of meeting the customer’s needs more effectively and efficiently, making interactions faster and easier, and consequently, increasing customer satisfaction and the likelihood of repeat visits”. Being able to provide a personalised experience, however, still proves to be a real challenge for many digital marketers. The good news is, there is room for these marketers to grow. Delivering a personalised experience requires a healthy combination of the right data and right technology. So how does digital feedback play into this?
